The Jaintpur Public school was established in 1993 at Maripur in Muzaffarpur under the aegis of the Lok Shiksha Sansthan, Jaintpur, Muzaffarpur. The then Chairperson of Lok Shiksha Sansthan Late Birendra kumar Singh, being a great visionary and social benefactor made laudable efforts to materialize his noble ideas of disseminating high academic standard in the formative period of life. Hence the school came into existence. The CBSE granted affiliation to the school way back in 1997.

Situated in the heart of the town the school has a spacious campus with easily available facilities of playground and other co-curricular activities.  The strong fortification of the school campus is a point of attraction and relief to guardians in terms of the security of their children. The school has a computer Lab, separate Science Labs, spacious Library and schedules for making students versed in computers and its applications which hold a vital place in modern scientific education.

Soon, we would bid farewell to 2022 and welcome 2023, another year of challenges and of hope. 2023 is significant because the National Education Policy (NEP) would come officially into effect, which means we need to approach the teaching learning process in a new way, and upskill ourselves consistently to meet the demands of NEP. With regular teacher trainings and PTMs, building new infrastructure such as Science labs, encouraging co-scholastic activities regularly, increased focus on discipline, Jaintpur Public School has been preparing itself to ensure holistic development of its learners.
