In earlier times the family was supposed to be the primary and the most important institution of education, but as time passed and the life became fast and complicated the parents began shifting their responsibility to the educational institutions. Thus the role of such type of educational institutions has become sensitive and crucial. J. P. Education Academy aims at all round development of a child in such a manner that the child grows into a patriotic, disciplined and self sufficient citizen. We must develop a sense of compassion, selfless service to the society and nation and yearning for excellence. It is also aimed that the child must inculcate the habit of living the moral values taught in the academy. Modern education system is based on cramming system. It depends on this fact how much facts students know before it knows how to think. Control of the mind should be taught first. If we had our education to get over again and had our voice in the matter, we would learn to master our mind first and then gather facts if we want them. If students know English language still teachers don’t care to explain the logic on which knowledge runs. This cramming system and over burden of books have affected their widespread outlooks So far as the matter of teachers is concerned it is not necessary that every well qualified person is a good teacher. A teacher is not the person who teaches certain books but a teacher must try to understand the mental situation and intellectual skill of a student with great patience. Teaching is a complex art in which a teacher is not to show his highly qualified degrees instead a teacher must assume himself a certain student and try to expand his intellectual skill, so that he may be able to understand what the demands of students for a particular subject are.
