GULMOHAR (a house of learning & nurturing) is a co-ed English Medium Public School up to 10+2 standard affiliated to C.B.S.E., Delhi surrounded by the majestic Gulmohar trees which mesmerizes the visitors. From its stage of infancy, gulmohar has grow into one of the premiere institution of Kanpur. It has rendered many years of valuable service in the field of education. School provides a platform for center of excellence, this calls for integration of technology across curriculum, adoption of value education and moving towards pursuit of excellence instead of pursuit of success. Submission of the Birth Certificate if not yet given
Evidence of passing the last class or promotion to the present class.
Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school, which should be a recognized school, affiliated to the All India Board or a State Board of Education. Transfer Certificates have to be signed by the District Education Officer (DEO) if the child is transferred from other states.
3 passport size photographs.
Proof of residence of the child (Copy of Ration card / Voter ID / Passport / Aadhaar Card).
A medical certificate from a qualified registered doctor showing the record of vaccination/ immunization as well as mention of any particular ailment or health condition about which the school ought to know.
In case the child is adopted, parents will have to submit an attested copy of the adoption certificate issued by the competent authority.
In case of divorce/separation, the parent who is admitting the child will have to submit an attested copy of the custody certificate of the child issued by the competent law officer.
The academic facilities are designed to include a well equipped Library, an array of computers permanently online, well-equipped science laboratories, a Drama and Music room and an Audio, Visual room. A fully-equipped Auditorium With a capacity of over one thousand is the venues for Music play and addresses from eminent guest speakers. In a similar manner, the regular updated co-curricular programme has been designed with an approach to words holistic growth, a 200 m. Athletic Track, Hockey, Cricket and Football fields, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis and Badminton court.

The emphasis at G.P.S. is on education and not only on syllabi. The school is committed to an international education to allow the children maximum versatility in their future live. We, at Gulmohar cater to educational need of children of all ages. The C.B.S.E. syllabus in meant to provide an all-round education in English/ mathematics, Social Studies, the Sciences, all compulsory subject and Commerce, Computer Science and Physical Education.

Our teacher are fully aware of their responsibilities, which extend way beyond their subject area, and ensures that each student is coping up with their studies and environment.
For any human endeavour, the health factor and the supply of clean, pure drinking water & hygienic surrounding remains the most important factor. The school has a self sufficient infirmary.
We follow a concept of exposing young people to various sporting activities over their year at the school and also to become dedicated to one or tow major sports in order to experience the reward of stringed very high level competition. Our team are very successful in well co-ordinated fixtures locally as well as nationally. The sports programme is compulsory for all in order to develop their fitness, physical skills, versatility and sense of fair play. Major sports include cricket, hockey, football, badminton, karate, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, athletic and boxing. To inculcate sportsmen spirit, discipline and aura of healthy competition the school is divided into four houses. Every house strives to be the best. Inter – house matches, debates, and other competition are a regular feature of G.P.S.
Over 25 activities are offered to student in the senior School and students enthusiasm can lead to the foundation of even more. These activities add to the liveliness and energy of the campus.
